The course explores general principles of measure , plus three specific aspects : Meditation, the master key to all measure; speech, based on Shakespeare's statement 'suit the action to the word, the word to the action'; in eating.
How can we live a philosophical life? What is the importance of Measure? As 'householders', those who live and work and support families, how can we increase energy enough to devote time to our spiritual development?
LOVE - This course explores Love and asks fundamental questions: What is Love? What are the types of Love? Is Love part of our nature? What are the barriers to Love? These questions and more will be explored through the use of Mindfulness along with homework and practical tools to help answer these questions from your own experience.
