Mindfulness has been an integral part of the School of Practical Philosophy here in Perth for many years. So come and join us (and the Revolution!) for 10 sessions designed to help you discover time-tested methods that lead to freedom, mindfulness and happiness.

This 10 week course in ‘Practical Philosophy and Mindfulness’ reveals how wisdom leads to happiness, shows how to live more mindfully with greater purpose and teaches how to harness the power of attention.

You can attend the ten weekly sessions of the Practical Philosophy and Mindfulness Course on any of the days offered or any of the venues offered and you can vary your day of attendance from week to week.

How can one truly experience Happiness in our lives. This  11 week course examines ideas from across the ages of what it means to be happy; what constitutes true bliss; how are Mindfulness and Happiness realated;  and how happiness may be achieved. Pre-requisite: Philosophy & Mindfulness

This 11 week course explores Love and asks fundamental questions: What is Love? What are the types of Love? Is Love part of our nature? What are the barriers to Love? These questions and more will be explored through the use of Mindfulness along with homework and practical tools to help answer these questions from your own experience.
